Environmental Controls
At IMS, all media duplication, replication, screen printing and ink-jet printing is performed in an environmentally controlled room. Positive pressure, restricted access, a dress code and a strict cleaning schedule keep our production area virtually dust, lint and particulate free. Temperature is maintained at 70 degrees Fahrenheit year round for added consistency.
 
Quality Assurance
IMS utilizes state of the art disc analyzers throughout the production process to ensure the highest compliance in production standards set forth by both Sony and Phillips. We perform several key methodical QA procedures such as physical parameter checks, electrical signal verification, and bit-by-bit comparisons throughout the entire production process. Our internal standards meet or exceed the Sony and Phillips specifications.

Our screen printers utilize two separate camera systems to independently verify each and every disc. One camera verifies each disc's unique item control number to prevent mix-ups, while the second camera verifies the print quality of each disc. What you get is product that looks, plays and performs effortlessly each time and every time.
