IMS is dedicated to providing the highest quality print pieces available. To maintain this standard, we may revise our template list on occasion. Before you begin to create the art for your project, check with your CSR to make sure you have the most up-to-date template available.

Instructions for using digital templates:
IMS provides two versions of each template:

EPS (Encapsulated Post Script): These are vector based art files that you can import to your page layout program and build your art around them. They are native Illustrator files. Please note: DO NOT ALTER THE TEMPLATES. ALL INFORMATION ON THEM IS CRITICAL TO YOUR JOB PRINTING CORRECTLY. Please put them in the background and lock them.

PDF (Portable Document Format): This is a multi-platform document that is easily viewed and printed. These are for you to review and print out for reference.

Note: When saving your file please do not flatten any artwork with the templates in place. If you only provide the flattened version with the template in place, we cannot remove it.
